If recognized and treated early, RSI is easy to control. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, contact your physician, acupuncturist or massage therapist to learn ways to treat your symptoms:
- Feelings of numbness in your hand(s)
- Pain and tingling in your fingers, especially the thumb, index and middle finger
- Difficulty grasping objects
- Weakness in your grip
- Pain extending into your forearm(s)
- Tightness and soreness in shoulders, upper back and neck muscles
- Stiffness of hand(s) and finger(s).
